Step 3: Choose a Design Theme #
From the ‘Themes’ section on the ‘Design’ tab pick a layout. The chosen layout is how your Fluent Forms Submission Alert will be displayed on your website.

Step 6: Set Up Appearance #
Finally, there are four separate sections under the ‘Customize’ Tab.
