Du La source' tab page of NotificationX, choose 'Formulaire de contact' as your notification type. Afterward, simply pick ‘Fluent Forms’ comme votre Source. Ensuite, cliquez sur le 'Prochain' bouton.

Étape 3 : choisissez un thème de conception #

Du «Thèmes» section on the ‘Concevoir’ tab pick a layout. The chosen layout is how your Fluent Forms Submission Alert sera affiché sur votre site Web.
